Yes, I think Graham is a little nervous about what may come out. The picture I keep seeing in my head is Graham receiving that award in Ukraine, along with McCain.
I did see that, I’m sure Biden knows and was involved with whatever McPain and Grahamnesty were involved with in Ukraine.
