6. I just checked Senate Roll Call votes & confirmed Senate IS conducting other business while Pelosi holds articles of impeachment. https://senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/vote_menu_116_1.htm She is likely holding on to them until needed to delay FISA abuse hearings once scheduled.
