We had LED lights installed in our kitchen and the area where I have my laptop. They gave me headaches. I had them put the old lights back.
I knew from going into other places with the “lights” that nausea immediately hit with a headache right between the eyes. Couldn’t think clearly. A friend who has similar reaction questioned whether it was on purpose. With BO doing it it was always a possibility.
Where ever we installed the LED, I have not liked them one bit.
They aren’t bright enough.
I really like our LED lights. They are less expensive and our home is better lit than it was previously. I can SEE!
