I have never watched her make these cookies. I believe several years ago she told me she used a swiss cookie mold of some sort. She also gives us the crumbs left over. They melt in your mouth. Amazing.

Just spoke with Nikk on phone. Her son is with her husband at the hospital. Husband is under care of doctors. Dealing with a possibly family inherited heart issue. Please offer prayer and support without asking for details at this time. As we all would be, she is upset . Again please DO NOT ask for details. It’s in medical and Gods hands. Stay together. PRAY!
