I downloaded the book I have a terrible, terrible pain in my back when I am at work decorating cakes I assumed it was because of my posture while decorating I am rather tall so am a little slouched over when decorating!! I have tried EVERYTHING back braces, different bras, medication SO can’t hurt to try this!!! Maybe my brain is telling me I hate my job, LOL, however I LOVE my job but I will try anything at this point!!!
I have the exact same problem with my back. Try using a foam roller. It’s the best thing I have found. That and a heating pad.
Any way to arrange a way to sit, or at least sit/stand, while decorating your cakes?

I was just about to order a sugar free cake, from a Seattle bakery, but the delivery charges were DOUBLE the price of the cake!
