Do you remember, in the cooperation treaty with Ukraine dealing with crime, if an American citizen commits a crime in Ukraine are we asked to turn them over to the Ukrainian legal system? Just asking for a coke head “friend”!
I hear the Ukrainian prisons are brutal.
