I love this Gub. This is so over due. And they included adoptive parents. My nephew when they adopted one of their children in another country he stayed home with the one year old. This is long over due from the Republican Party. Bonding with a child is so very important. I think it will cut down on abortions. And even if its a small percent its well worth it.

I was with a 32 year old girl yesterday that is single. She's a CPA for a large company and she has decided to foster a teen. Amazing person and I think programs as our President is aware of helping to support will only help unwanted child.
