Is your canner a pressure canner?
As in...do you use mason jars?
The last time I canned meat, it took me a whole day just to degrease the kitchen :-)
I’m sure I did something wrong :(
All of the cans did seal, tho.
Yes, I use a pressure canner and mason jars. The kitchen got greasy? Now that’s interesting. My jars were greasy, the inside of the canner was greasy. Guess I need to go check the kitchen but I don’t think it’s too bad. If you had all the jars filled you must have done it right! Pat yourself on the back.
