You just put raw pork in jars and sea, them? How long do they last?

nah, I ended up searing the outside first. I don’t know why but the recipes said to either do raw pack and don’t add any liquid or sear and add hot liquid. I don’t know why one couldn’t put it in raw and add hot liquid.

But I was in no mood to experiment. Just wanted to get it done. And since I’m using tattler lids I had to be more careful about the process so went ahead and followed the recipe for searing. The tattler lids are reusable, but they have a little bit of a different method.
