But it will be so nice to just grab a jar off of the pantry shelf for your dinner.
This is a wonderful feeling. I have 8 pounds of ground breakfast sausage and 10 pounds of Italian sausage I will be canning this week or I should say daughter will be with me being present. I do pints and half pints now for fritta’s, casseroles, quiches and Italian dishes. I would have bought more as I’m running low since I’ve given a lot to the girls this year, but time is limited this week.
I got them both an All American 21QT and an 8 QT Instant Pot Duo EVO Plus for everyday use for Christmas this year with all the accessories for both. They have all the Le Creuset and ALL-Clad they need already I’ve been buying it here and there since they each turned 16. I’ve also gotten them more gadgets and cookbooks over the years, my son who will be 20 years old in 4 days is complaining where are my pots and such, my hope chest is very lean just some cookbooks, gadgets and cookie cutters, lol. I’m starting his Le Creuset this year he wants red, I hope any future wife does too...
Great gifts!!
Your son cracks me up, does he do much cooking?
Im slowly turning over my (red) Le Creuset collection to my adult kids.
Just so heavy, for me. Ive kept my Dutch ovens, for now.
Amazon had the 3.5 qt (red) for $139.00, the other day, that we got. It was on their Treasure Truck and we were going in to town, that day, so it worked out, great.
I have 2 sons and 2 daughters. The boys were more interested in learning to cook than the girls and they are better cooks even now.
