They removed a bunch of lymph nodes in my neck just as a precaution. I wish I knew about lymphedema before I agreed to it.
I found exercises to do and some message moves, need to get some compression. I hope I can get it under control that way.

Wow, that does sound painful. I think you’ve had surgery in some of the most sensitive areas, no wonder you are having a hard time.
I’m so sorry this had to happen during the holidays too. Probably makes it doubly worse, when everybody else is talking about food. On the bright side when the rest of us are dieting on January 1st, you will be slim and trim!
