You are taking his analogy too extreme as I would say to my husband and son. He wrote it as that because he knows people (some people apparently) understand that the example and the content are lies. That making his analogy even more a sham. Its a back at you writing. I wish Peabody was here..she's also an outside the box thinker and excellent in words.

I have a better angel that I can only communicate with on what she actually says.
If I think outside the box I am usually wrong.
If I assume what she wants\needs I am usually wrong.
If I don't assume what she wants\needs I am usually wrong.
I look for the code words such as: "You don't have to do it now, but..." and that means do it now.

It's only been 45 years with this angel, so I'm slowly getting the hang of it...

so I am sometimes gun-shy to take things at other than face value...

that said, maybe he really owns a beachfront home in Lake Havasu City that he's trying to unload.
