There's a big hotel in West Baden,Indiana that Al Capone and his gang along with many other people...would secretly visit and stay without people knowing. It has several floors but not quite a high rise. My painter worked there for over 3 years painting and getting it ready to reopen a few years ago. One night he and three others were working late painting doors and they heard a horse coming up the stairs and a man yelling. It scared the H#LL out of them!! They witnessed several things BUT this really unnerved them. This horse and rider actually happened during the stock market crash. But horse and rider died.
