I think its more for the Chinese but maybe both.
Our economy and market is so far stronger than the rest of the worlds , I believe Wall st has realized this.
There isnt a close 2nd to the USA right now.

The $50 billion means the Dept. Of Ag, can stop their gap subsidies to farmers.....

Think I have seen North Korea ramping up posturing recently, something about surprise for Christmas. All so predictable as the captive proxy of the CCP that it is. Yep, Trump just wants a little GDP boost, nothing more. No tying of his hands, decoupling will continue.
