I’m sorry but I found that funny. Purposely blocking traffic is just rude. I mean when you do it for no reason. Whether the traffic moves or not the weather isn’t going to change.
I blocked traffic once but it was because some baby geese were tied up in fishing wire and were trying to cross the road. I held the traffic while hubby cut the wire off.
