The U.S. Navy says a second victim has died at the Naval Air Station Pensacola in Florida. The gunfire prompted a massive law enforcement response to the base, which was locked down. Three people are now dead including the shooter.

Does this mean that our military bases are still "gun free" zones, like schools? That killer should have been taken out after his first shot. Florida is a right to carry state, but maybe not by our military when they are on base. That makes no sense.
