In a court of law, what the man said to Biden could probably be proven false. Biden did not literally SEND his son to Ukraine. Of course a lawyer would have to explain this, during which explanation, what Hunter was doing would be made clear.

In the court of public opinion, Biden will be remembered for his explosive rant. To us, it shows he is unstable. Dems see it as righteous anger. Nothing gets clarified.
