Wow, that’s quite a list to try to avoid. Did you figure out what he was allergic to by trial and error or did you have a allergy test?

Just wondering cuz I didn’t even know they tested for things like cream of tartar or Avon Skin So Soft or Powerade!

I have a cat like that, she’s allergic to most grains. And several other things that I haven’t figured out yet. Unfortunately I can’t talk to her and tell her why those things are bad for her, and she just craves grains. She will sneak the other animals food, she’ll lick bread crumbs off of a plate, she seems to be desperate for those things that make her sick.

When he was around 3, I put Skin So Soft on his legs because he loved to, even then, stay out in the evening hitting a ball. The next morning I rushed him to the doctor because it looked like he had been bitten hundreds of times. The doctor asked me if I had put anything on him..and of course I said yes. Well, I should have taken that as a sign he had problems. He never would eat the cereal one puts babies on (rice) I didn't have a clue what the problem was. In the first grade he would come home from school and throw up in our drive way coming off the school bus. That was every day.

I found a doctor who would test him for allergies..wasn't easy. Powerade has corn syrup in it and its a hit with kids at ball parks.
