Thanks for reminding me, I love molasses. A friend of mine gave me her molasses cookie recipe years ago and I never even made it. Now’s the Time!

My son had food allergies of about everything. I took him off as much as I could until the 6th grade..1st-6th. Corn syrup was by far the hardest. Fish/rice/corn/pork/bananas/chocolate/tree nuts/cream of tarter/ Avon skin so soft/Powerade/the list goes on. He has grown out of many of the items. He has never drank a soft drink.

Have a molasses cookie recipe that makes a small ginger snap. Ifs in refrigerator will be ready to bake in AM.
Also a chocolate mint snow cookie
And RUSSIAN tea cookie

Got most of the chip candies done today
1Covered pretzels
2Peppermint bark
3Chocolate Fudge Liberal (with nuts)
4Conservative (without nuts)

Also did the green butter press tree cookie
May try a red/white peppermint press cookie tomorrow. Maybe a half batch. So if it doesn’t work there no major loss.

Found out the dead battery was original with the 2005 truck. Suppose to last 7 years. Pushing 15. While it was going in got some items I’d forgotten to get earlier in week.
