Their behavior isn't what we'd expect to "feel" from someone who just won.
They would be jubilant and poised.

Poised... no not a word I would use to describe Biden. Not when he calls a questioner fat and forgets what year he was vice president, lol. You really can’t make this stuff up!
I wasn't particularly outraged at Mueller. This feels malicious, less towards Trump, rather pointedly coercive to humiliate Trump supporters = worshipful of State cabal of unelecteds, nobles.
