Kid Rock slammed Oprah Winfrey during a foul-mouthed, drunken rant at a Tennessee bar this week.
The 48-year-old musician was at the Big A-- Honky Tonk Rock N' Roll Steakhouse in Nashville when he yelled into the microphone, "F--- Oprah. Oprah Winfrey is like 'Hey, I just want women to believe in this sh--'. F--- her. She can s--- d--- sideways," according to video obtained by TMZ.
"And if you say that, people say, 'Hey, I'm pretty sure Kid Rock's a racist.' I'm, like, 'OK, fine'. F--- off'," he added.
Kid, real name Robert James Ritchie, also took aim at "The View" co-host Joy Behar before he was escorted offstage by security. "I'm not a bad guy, I'm just an honest guy saying I don't like Oprah Winfrey or Joy Behar," he said.
Back in 2008, Kid made his feelings about Oprah known. He told The Independent magazine, "I just dont believe her. Maybe it's because I'm not one of the 150 million brainwashed women who heed her every word."

Oh, and just to go into it a little more deeply. This is because there was a format war going on between record companies. Some of the record companies were selling 12 inch vinyls already but one record company, I forget which, was insisting on selling is proprietary 45 inch vinyl. This was the record company that sold five record sets in albums. That company was literally the Sony Betamax of its time. LOL! I think it may have been RCA.
Correction. Not 45 inch. Records the size of more modern day 45 singles, I meant, Obviously.
Ah. Got it. Thank you. Makes sense.
Thanks for this history. Fascinating.
Have to give the credit to a YouTuber called Techmoan. Tons of interesting stuff on his channel.
Works for me, I’ll have to go watch it. Haha!!
Yeah, I’m sure he had to sign away all kinds of rights and agree to rub her ass and tell her she’s wonderful or she could sue him for breach of contract. The last thing I’d want is footage of me out there loving on Oprah that would be used against me effectively forever (because after you’re dead, you don’t care). I would pass.
