And we'll just blow that whole "we shared it with the FBI" BS right out of the water right now!

Full text: James Comey testimony transcript on Trump and Russia

COMEY: In the case of the DNC, and I believe the D triple C, but I'm sure the DNC, we did not have access to the devices themselves. We got relevant forensic information from a private party, a high class entity, that had done the work but we didn't get direct access.
BURR: But no content.
COMEY: Correct.
BURR: Isn't content an important part of the forensics from a counter-intelligence standpoint?
COMEY: It is but what was briefed to me by the people who were my folks at the time is that they had gotten the information from the private party that they needed to understand the intrusion by the spring of 2016.
Crowdstrike didn't turn over “images” of the hard drive and memory...according to Comey. They turned over information.
And he doesn't mention getting anything from the DNC either. JUST Crowd Strike. You know, that high class private party/entity.

CrowdStrikeOut: Mueller’s Own Report Undercuts Its Core Russia-Meddling Claims

Further, the government allowed CrowdStrike and the Democratic Party's legal counsel to submit redacted records, meaning CrowdStrike and not the government decided what could be revealed or not regarding evidence of hacking. Odd! If I had "images" of a server and a federal IT forensic department funded through the wazoo with hundreds of employees.../conjecture...but I digress. Back to the known...

Here is the ONLY source I can find of this "sharing"...
https://www.thedailybeast.com/trumps-missing-dnc-server-is-neither-missing-nor-a-server

“The FBI was given images of servers, forensic copies, as well as a host of other forensic information we collected from our systems,” said Adrienne Watson, the DNC’s deputy communications director. “We were in close contact and worked cooperatively with the FBI and were always responsive to their requests. Any suggestion that they were denied access to what they wanted for their investigation is completely incorrect.”
The FBI declined comment for this story, but in testimony before the House Intelligence Committee last year, then-director James Comey said that Crowdstrike “ultimately shared with us their forensics.”
Requests from Comey's people. Catch that? What if they didn't request anything?
With Mueller investigation, FBI gets chance to physically inspect 'hacked' DNC computers“The DNC coordinated with the FBI and federal intelligence agencies and provided everything they requested, including copies of DNC servers,” Adrienne Watson, deputy director of DNC communications, told The Washington Times. “Conspiracy theories from the president suggesting otherwise are false.ONE woman says it happened.

We're to believe that the FBI had all of this information yet they relied completely and totally upon Crowd Strike's analysis.

The “server” Trump is obsessed with is actually 140 servers, most of them cloud-based...
The FBI has images of 140 servers...
If true, think about the storage capacity needed to "image" aaaaaaaaall of that information to be able to hand it over.

Pardon my skepticism if I don't believe the DNC turned over SQUAT to the FBI.

Oh, my...who to believe?

FBI: DNC rebuffed request to examine computer servers

The Democratic National Committee "rebuffed" a request from the FBI to examine its computer services after it was allegedly hacked by Russia during the 2016 election, a senior law enforcement official told CNN Thursday.
"The FBI repeatedly stressed to DNC officials the necessity of obtaining direct access to servers and data, only to be rebuffed until well after the initial compromise had been mitigated," a senior law enforcement official told CNN. "This left the FBI no choice but to rely upon a third party for information. These actions caused significant delays and inhibited the FBI from addressing the intrusion earlier."
This statement is in response to reports that the FBI never asked the DNC for access to the hacked systems.
See above, bitt.
