MA may be horribly politically, but it’s a wonderland for genealogy. Every town library has every town book that alphabetically lists everyone’s records up to 1850.
The photographs I took of NY town record books are just a disaster.
I did one of our Q group’s genealogy after dental surgery, and it’s the only thing that kept me sane through the pain.
If Italy’s not collected, could that have to do with being Catholic and the Catholic records here in the US not being collected? What about France’s records?
