Besides, Schiff has 1) succeeded in sealing off any and all discussion of the criminal Leaker, by selling America on the “Whistle Blower” label, 2) and misapplying a non-existent standard of “anonymity” to an accuser hidden under such status.
Even the Stupid Party, for days, fell right in with that misapplication of terms and were also quite late to address the rogue standard for Schiff declaring “anonymity “. We still haven’t gained wide ground on establishing those Facts.
So, Schiff skates on meaningful questions, IF, he can even be forced to show up and testify and even that is not a forgone conclusion, I believe.

So yes, he unilaterally deemed Atkinson’s testimony Secret, but there is someone who can trump AS with DECLAS.
