Mule could have (more likely than JC) - but I was considering Clinesmith - he’s the kind of guy + age that he won’t want to serve a long and invasive sentence, he might have been flipped, in which case he was perfectly positioned & compromised to “help” the cause ... just pondering, IDK + TBD ;)
