You are right, see multiple shooters have met the criterion of making the 3 shots. I went to the Texas book depository building window after the shootings and what was stunning to me was how close and easy a shot it would have been. The building is maybe 10 feet from the street, the reason it doesn’t look that way is the photographs of the plaza are taken way back to get everything in.
