It’s an outage on the Canadian National railroad, and the article exaggerates the problem.
Then, I guess all the trains must be stopped Canadian Nationwide... :P
(Jokingly, I grew up about 1/2 mile from the Grand Trunk Western mainline, somewhere in Michigan. Dad had a steam tractor and a big old CNR steam whistle he’s occasionally mount on it, and toot back and forth to the engineers on the track. Fun times.)
((On the other hand, when he did toot that huge whistle, in addition to being extremely loud, you could watch the pressure gauge on that ‘little’ boiler drop like a rock))
