That’s completely consistent with their prior determinations. They have consistently taken the self-valuation of the subject at face value and not tried to equate actions with motivation. Won’t be surprised, but will weep.

Oh Kyle Cheney is not biased at all. Politico? Really, but it does not matter really. The IG report is going to be crap. I wish people would stop saying bombshell. It's an audit, designed to find out which procedures the derps wrote that they didn't follow.
Reforms may come out of it but.... not going to hold my breath.
The main players have been fired. We have to be prepared to settle for that. People laugh when one says FBI, or C_A. They have been tarnished. It broke their spell.
