TO BE CLEAR, I was referring to Comcast making some of us log into the ISP to see some saved Fox videos.
Many cable/satellite TV sites (channels) want to make sure you are a TV subscriber before serving up non-live streaming content...you are logging into your CABLE/SAT provider account at Fox News to confirm your TV subscription. Not ISP related. That said, for a lot of people their ISP IS their cable provider.
