Good question. I don’t know the answer. I read it as Biden family because the current farce has exposed them first. As their dealings are increasingly exposed (indicted?), their family’s will not be “proud” so it could be sarcasm.

I viewed this as referring to the sons as the conduit of dirty money to those providing favors. Not everyone has a “foundation” to launder the payoffs
