I used to get about a 5-8 second 'ice cream headache' sort of tweak--evidently having to do with Ph differences. But I don't get that any more.
I have gargled with the stuff to--if it felt like anything was trying to afflict those areas. Very effective. It can be taken orally, too.
The common density is 200ppm.
Before I found the silver, I used the saline--a lot more uncomfortable and took a lot longer & more squeezes to deal with the problem. Sometimes half a bottle to a whole bottle at a time.
With the silver--1-2--at most 3 squeezes does it. I keep gallons of it on hand.
I use the nano silver too with great success. I bolster that with a whole chopped clove of garlic in a glass of V-8 Juice a couple of times a day. And no dairy during cold, sinus or flu to clog up the works. I use those Breathe Right nose tapes after using the salt water Neti pot and that really helps.
And of course I drink lots of hot tea with honey and lemon.
I rub Vicks vapor on the bottoms of my feet then put socks on and heat a rice filled clean tube sock (I call it a woobie) in the microwave and sleep with the heated bag on my feet.
On cold nights my husband asks me to warm that rice filled woobie for him and he sleeps with it on his feet.
I pray that 45 is being well looked after. I know he is. I hope he feels better and also all my freeQ friends who are under the weather.
