I'm in Janda's camp. He broke the story originally with General Thomas McInerny and Admiral Ace Lyons,two extremely credible men IMHO. Janda then went to Binney and Kurt Weibel for background and verification and they not only verified the story but claimed to have worked with Hammer but also on parallell platforms that did the same kind of data collection but with no official trail.
I'm learey of Shipp...he puts out some good info sometimes but he is...at least was...a pretty vociferous Q 'debunker'.
Who's right? Remains to be seen but for now I believe what Janda/McInerny/Lyons have put forward.
