Not particularly masculine, is he? I think there's a word for it. Further, he is a spy. An inside operator, for whom, I am not yet certain. Globalist, to be sure.
Interesting mannerisms though. How he kind of tucks his chin under when asked some questions. And he purses his lips at other times. Quite the study in body language.
