POTUS, wearing a red MAGA hat, walked down the steps of the plane alongside Sen. Barrasso at 7:07 am. He immediately got into the waiting Beast, which is rolling at 7:08 am.
POTUS has returned to Florida after secretly leaving the state about 36 hours earlier for a trip that would take him across the globe and back.
Thanks to the entire pool for their camaraderie and assistance during this clandestine trip to Afghanistan - especially to co-pooler Michael Crowley of the New York Times.
And happy birthday to Judd Deere, who spent his birthday, Thanksgiving, helping the pool navigate its way through a most unusual trip that began on the top floor of a darkened parking garage.
