Obama, I think one way to play it would be to release all the info against him, and then for Trump to declare that, using his prosecutorial discretion, he thinks it would be bad for the US to jail a former president, and he will request that Barr decline to prosecute, so long as Obama retires from public life and commits no further treasonous acts. That will seem magnanimous while at the same time neutering Obama and preventing a huge outcry from the AA’s who love Obama no matter what.
