She didn't support him in the primaries, but voted for him in the general election. By definition, that means she was not "Always a Never Trumper."
And if she was "ALWAYS a NEVER TRUMPER", then Trump himself is an idiot and hypocrite of the worse kind for putting her in his cabinet, and then giving her such a warm, public send off when she left.

I always thought it was a mistake he hired her to be US ambassador. I agree with Trump on his policy, but his selection for staff is questionable to say the least. How many Obama appointees are STILL in the administration? They should have been served walking papers Jan 20th 2017!
