There was a Q post a long while back about an 80/20 relationship. 20% would be publicly brought to justice while the other 80% would be handled -- differently.

It was percentages of crimes made public, some crimes were too horrific for the gen. population to know. Q changed the % to 60/40 a bit later.

Well, it should still be rule of law unless war is officially declared... or so i would imagine under our constitution... i might be missing something... and if Q selectively voids the constitution then he/she is advocating what in its place... anarchy? if so, what is the difference between anarchy and living in caves? i would part company there with Q if that is what Q had stated earlier. However, I do not know enough about Q to know if that is what Q meant earlier, one way or another... (will try to keep an open mind about all of this, but only up to a point...)
