Do you always feel safe on the other side? Run across illegals trying to cross? Is there a more cautious attitude since the 9 Americans were killed?
No I don’t see any obvious illegals trying to cross, last year was a zoo. You could see them being hauled around in fancy buses, Tijuana folks got massively pissed at that.
I have been coming here off and on for the last 20 years to do volunteer work at the base we helped fix up. Many good friends here. Some hard working folks here that have helped us out.
Yes I feel safe because of my friends, however there certainly are some bad areas of town. It has quite a population of field workers that cross the border every day. They live pretty good here for the wages they make over working in the fields around Yuma.
