And this is AFTER the Dems publicly abused him. They portrayed him variously - one article manipulated the text to half-way suggest he was suing Trump for the right to testify (as if he had “the goods” on Trump).
He said he was caught between the Executive Branch’s directive not to testify and the Judiciary’s subpoena so he asked a judge - for this I believe it was Adam Schiff who said his lawsuit was “baseless” and only brought the interpretation that he was fighting to cover up for Trump. *smh*
