Yes. I believe we saw the same “migrants/fighters” tactic used to flood European nations with armies. POTUS et. al. knew it and he continued to say, “The wall is about so much more...” than we realize.
I recall reading content that indicated the US has “so much more” at the border than the MX side of the border realizes. :)
IIRC, it was asserted 15 years ago or longer that Iran already had at least 10,000 sleeper agents in the USA ready to cause death & chaos on trigger orders from Iran.
