methinks hopes this Joint Statement is bait. The last paragraph is a whistle for whistle blowers and the NSA, etc., will be on it, like flies on relief, and prepared to Reveal efforts they are engaged in, to the public. *Proof* will be the result of those “efforts”.

This “transparency” thing may be a Bomb disguised as a pussy cat only for the moment.
