It's sad. Joe's legacy will be running for a third time for President and coming in 4th behind an openly gay mayor.
It really is sad. Biden has no fire in him. In most of his campaign videos he looks like he really doesnt want to be there. So Im guessing someone has talked him into running. But who?
Interesting thing is what this does to the race; Biden has been a straw man throughout; obviously not fit to be President but the press formed this image of him as competent, a moderate and a nice guy - he is none of these and his staff can no longer hide the effects of age. So who is left - the solid base of the party, blacks, will not vote for a gay white man in large part so Buttgieg is out. Sanders is too old and too crazy even though he lacks any signs of Biden’s early onset dementia. Eliz Warren’s policies will be deemed too threatening by even the limousine liberals, who want to keep their lifestyles despite their rhetoric. And the rest such as Booker, Yang, etc. are minor candidates seeking the public spotlight. Who is left - the rematch for the aging but not yet senile Hillary Clinton.
