This scumbag LT is/was an instructor at the NAS Jacksonville training facility for the P-8A. Additionally, as a LT he would have completed at least one operational deployment in either the P-8 or P-3C. I can’t express openly what i would like to see happen to him specifically, but it involves termination of oxygen wastage.
Then this little gambit is targeted at our anti-submarine warfare, and the secret toys on the P8A. This joker was at Cecil Field training section? That’s what the chi-coms were after— starting with spec ops boats to “develop” the payoff relationship, and expand it to our more sophisticated combat tech (like the P8). Should remember, the chi-coms shot/forced down a P3 and took the crew prisoner— the first challenge to GW Bush— which he failed, and luckily 9-11 came along (another Clinton failure when bin laden was in Yemen). Chi-coms are everywhere, stealing and buying through espionage.
Hitlery did this on a larger scale with strategic US minerals/elements— 20% of US owned uranium, sold off to the number one (or 2) holder of uranium ore— Russia, through a Canadian mining exec (and Clinton Foundation board member, who kicked back 150 million to them through a Canadian bank— thus unreported on the Foundation’s books).
