I get the same message about microsfot/power point etc. No idea why but I have Windows 7 and don’t do updates, maybe that’s why.

We loved our Windows 7 but recently (and reluctantly!) had to upgrade because we were told as of January 14, 2020 Windows 7 support will end : (
