A clarification of being in/using the “benefits” of the federal reserve system versus being outside of it for citizens. Either a refusal or a severe restriction on any government (federal, state or local) ability to assume debt, particularly fiat based debt.

The systems can both exist, the fundamental problem with both, but weighed heavier toward fiat money, is the fraud and corruption engendered by pushing costs out beyond the conceptual envelope of the bulk of the voting base. Simply put there, politicians can promise crap that costs more than the present working generation could physically pay for.

The framework of the Republic is such that in theory, given prohibitions against impairment of contracts and freedom of association, an individual should be able to decline any state offer. Think you can do better than social security? Wing it yourself but don’t come crying if you go bust, seek aid through charity.

We have an immensely long road back though. We need to revamp education to quit producing consumers and go back to producing citizens. Every year it seems like youth get further and further from being able to do anything. It’s said that the borrower is slave to the lender, but we’ve created our first few generations that are essentially slave to the food company, the implement maker, the entertainment provider, the power generator, etc...

People need to quit caring about their fellow citizens life circumstances with OTHER people’s lives. For surely that is what is taken at the root. Your earning potential and your productive years.
