Is there a visual sign one can give to another to let them know you're a fellow Q disciple?

Yesterday, driving back from Chicago on the Stevenson, a car passed me in the middle lane and he had a #QANON sticker plastered on his rear window. Since I was in the left lane (the only time I'm ever to the left is driving on expressways), I passed him and gave him the thumbs up. Not sure he knew what I meant, but he didn't shoot at me or try to cut me off.
