If we completely disengage economically, communist China will implode. They have major regions seeking freedom already (Hong Kong, Tibet, Uyghurs, Taiwan, many others).
As I mentioned earlier, communism is a parasite.
THIS IS IMPORTANT (imo): Marxism is not a means of production ... not a true economic system. It is a political philosophy that justifies confiscation of property and slave labor. Capitalism will always far outstrip it in production, innovation and every virtuous strength.
China has been feeding on America, with the aid of certain "American" interests, centered on "Wall Street" (aka, globalist investors, globalist bankers, globalist investment bankers and globalist corporations).
To WIN against China, all America has to do is completely disengage economically (easier said than done), and let the parasite start to starve.
I feel that Japan, Taiwan and SK would side with America. Europe is another question, especially Germany and France. IF they would not join with America, then they can collapse with China, as neither one by itself has the natural resources to last very long.
Incidentally, the real long-term competition in the Middle East may be between the EU and America. This is another reason the Trump connection with Saudi Arabia and other Arab leaders is so important. NOTE: EU sees the Middle East and northern Africa as future part of the EU, emulating the old Roman Empire.
Russia could be the wild card. I think President Trump may get them lined up with the USA during his second term.
So ... China is beatable without a war.
