I never did get to the point. (sigh) Ask what time it is and I end up telling you how a watch works.
Over the course of the couple of months of making the stray feel comfortable, the other two cats had to see this ?
My understanding is, that cats are somewhat territorial ? yet they accepted the stray from the get go.
Whatever you decide, your decision will be the right one.

My old cat is hostile to the cat I got several months ago. I did everything they say to do and spent a lot of money. It just gets worse, she hisses at me and poops and pees on the carpet. I don’t have any sympathy for her. The new cat tried to make friends with her.
