My answer, IMHO, would be that Obama is not a citizen of the United States and lied his way through Senator and POTUS offices therefore he should be locked up for life for Treason or sent back to Kenya and his supposed American Citizenship cancelled...once that is done, IF he did pardon Hillary then her ‘pardon’ would be null and void and Our President can get her on Treason, Sedition and Murder...
Kenya doesn’t want him. He wasn’t born there and his father was not the Kenyan dude.
He may try to claim Kenyan citizenship as Q mentioned, but it won’t work. His actual parentage, place of birth and the rest are all known.
