If Obama is stripped of his presidency, do pardons granted as President still apply?
If Pardons were issued they would have to be officially recorded. You can’t give a secret pardon and have the subject present the paperwork as needed. Also, POTUS would have already checked all the recordings. Dems may try to make a claim but they will go down if ever charged.It looks like the Clintons are behind everything and Obama might have to take a fall also. IMHO
He might not be able to undo a pardon, but they’ve had ample opportunity between the election and now to at the very least commit accessory crimes trying to keep the wraps on everything.
